Renee Beaver

Renee Beaver is a partner in the Cleveland office of Novogradac & Company LLP. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an emphasis in affordable housing, historic redevelopment and renewable energy. Ms. Beaver represents both for-profit and nonprofit developers and consults with numerous investors in affordable housing in addition to providing audit and tax services. Her experience includes accounting, auditing, forecasting and compliance of developments subject to the regulatory requirements of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She represents developers and investors in structuring a variety of real estate transactions and is a frequent speaker at real estate industry conferences. Ms. Beaver is the treasurer on the Ohio Housing Council’s executive committee, on the board of the Cleveland Restoration Society, a member of Illinois’s and Michigan’s housing councils and active in the National Association of Home Builders. She graduated from Cleveland State University and is licensed in Ohio and Michigan as a certified public accountant.
Kevin V. Bell

Kevin Bell is a senior vice president of The Woda Group Inc. Mr. Bell has more than 18 years of experience developing successful low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) developments in distressed communities, both in the city of Baltimore and in rural Western Maryland. He has established cooperative relationships with urban neighborhood associations, community organizations and minority churches. Before his tax credit career, Mr. Bell worked on landmark Maryland health care legislation as a state senate staffer and later as a lobbyist for community hospitals. He also established a unique public/private partnership to educate a mixed racial group of inner city high school students through establishing a business and developing an associated curriculum at Boston’s Faneuil Hall Market Place. Mr. Bell received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from LeMoyne College, and completed Ph.D. work at the University of Massachusetts. He received his juris doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Christine Robertson

Christine Robertson joined PIRHL in August 2015 as the director of development. Ms. Robertson began her career in affordable housing in 1993, serving as a developer of affordable, mixed-income and market-rate rental and for-sale housing. She also served as a financial analyst and program director with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and as a predevelopment/acquisition and construction lender with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation’s (LISC’s) Gulf Region Rebuilding office. Before joining PIRHL, Ms. Robertson served as the vice president of Millennia Housing Development Ltd. (MHD), a multistate preservation developer, for more than five years. While at MHD, Ms. Robertson managed the development team responsible for securing financing and closing 9 percent and 4 percent bond transactions, refinances, and new property acquisitions. She also spent a combined 10 years developing various types of affordable rental and for-sale housing with two nonprofits–Cleveland Housing Network Inc. and Rural Opportunities Inc. (now Pathstone). Ms. Robertson graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in urban affairs and she is a certified National Development Council housing development finance professional.
Ronda Shrewsbury Weybright

Ronda Shrewsbury Weybright is a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, she has spent the last 20 years focusing on affordable and market-rate housing developments and holds the positions of president of RealAmerica Development, RealAmerica Design, RealAmerica Construction and RealAmerica Management, all of which she is the sole owner. Ms. Weybright holds an active Indiana principal broker’s license and has industry experience in both land and office development. RealAmerica Development was created by Ms. Weybright 20 years ago with the purpose of developing and constructing apartment housing through the use of LIHTC funding. With a desire to monitor the compliance of her own properties, RealAmerica Management was established followed by RealAmerica Design, an in-house architectural firm. RealAmerica has since expanded into commercial and self-storage facilities and has a company portfolio of more than 30 apartment communities and commercial developments throughout Indiana and known in the state as a leader in the LIHTC and real estate industry. In addition to her commitment to the RealAmerica companies, Ms. Weybright enjoys involvement with a number of professional and philanthropic organizations. Ms. Weybright serves on the boards of the Indiana Affordable Housing Council, OneZone Chamber of Commerce, Near North Development Corporation, Fairbanks Hospital and holds an officer’s position with YPO. She recently was invited by the city of Fishers, noted as the fastest growing city in Indiana, to participate on the Residential Task Force committee.
